1. What is EcoMan Housecleaning, Inc?

Ecoman Housecleaning Inc. is an environmentally-friendly and green housecleaning business. It started in March of 2014. It offers a variety of housecleaning services. Prices and estimates are competitive and customer service is #1.

2. What sets you apart from other cleaning services?

I use 100% all-natural cleaning products, meaning a safer environment. I also use microfiber cloths for most cleaning, which gets up more dust rather than circulating it into the air. I hand wash all floors, which makes for better results. Customer service is also my Number One goal in anything I do.

3. How can I get an estimate?

4. What is the estimate based on?

The estimate will be based upon the current level of cleanliness, whether the home will be “picked up” or not before I arrive (either way is fine), the square footage, number of occupants, pets, and a few other factors.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept checks and cash, and shortly I’ll be able to take credit card payments. Eventually, you’ll be able to make payments through this website as well.

6. Do you clean offices?

I am a one-man operation at the moment, and do not currently offer office cleaning.

7. When are you available?

I am available Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 6PM.

8. Do you require a contract?

No. You can start or stop cleaning services at any time.

9. Are you licensed?

My business is licensed in the state of Georgia. It is also bonded and insured.

10. What areas do you serve?

The business is located in Norcross. I service any area within a thirty mile radius, including Peachtree Corners, Roswell, Dunwoody, Tucker, Alpharetta, Cumming, Chamblee, Doraville, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Sandy Springs, Snellville, and Stone Mountain.

11. Are references available?

I’m just starting out, so I don’t have a ton of references. But I do have a few clients you can contact.

12. Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Refer any new client, and once one month of service is complete, you’ll receive $50 off your next bill. You can refer as many people as you’d like.

13. How long does a cleaning take?

Although this will vary be the size of your home, I try to be finished in under two hours. But if it takes longer than that to get your house clean, that is absolutely no problem.

14. Do I need to be at home when you clean?

No. Although you’re more than welcome to be present, it is not a requirement. We can discuss this in further detail during your estimate.

15. Do you use your own cleaning products?

Yes, but if you would prefer that I use yours or your equipment, that’s fine too.

16. What if I need to cancel an appointment?

That’s not a problem. I do ask that you contact me as close to 24 hours beforehand as possible.

17. Do you move furniture?

Yes. I will move and clean under and around all easily movable furniture (as long as I can do it myself – but I’m a pretty strong guy). This service is provided free of charge, which is something you don’t see with other companies. Some charge as much as $150 – not me.

18. How is cleaning service customizable?

If for whatever reason you don’t want or need all rooms in your house cleaned, we can customize service allowing me to offer you a less expensive quote.
